Clare’s interest is in serving
clients that want professional representation in buying or selling land.
Larger parcels including islands, mining claims, mill sites, homesteads,
cannery properties, lodge sites, and remote properties are his area of
specialization.
Clare was born and grew up in Sitka, and has worked as a professional forester through out Alaska for the past 30 years. He is a Certified Forester, and a member of several professional associations, including the International Right of Way Association.
